We’re super excited to announce our new add on sessions! We’ve been working hard at Apex HQ to continue diversifying our fitness offering. God forbid we ever became predictable! That’s not what we’re about...

We’ve designed our +Strength and +Mobility sessions to act as add ons for your rides. These exercises are perfect for before or after your rides, and of course, they can also be completed as stand-alone workouts. They have been designed to help improve strength and mobility so you can get the most out of your time on the bike and in your daily life.



These add-on sessions are designed to complement your rides and have a clear focus - working through upper body, lower body, and core-centred exercises. The 10 to 15 minute workouts are led by your trusty Apex instructors and can be bodyweight only, or can include your Apex weights for an extra challenge if you need one. Don’t be fooled by their duration, these classes do get spicy, but we always offer simplifications, so they are great for all our riders. Keeping it short but VERY effective is key - we don’t want to waste your time, we know how precious it is!




These sessions have been created to increase your overall mobility which will, in turn, help you perform better on the bike and help you in all your day to day activities. We offer pre-ride warmups, as well as post-ride lengthening sessions to help you stretch out and unwind. So many of us are stuck sitting down and slumped over our desks all day, leading to aches and stiffness. Our +Mobility sessions will help open you up and stretch you out, leaving you a bit lighter and more mobile as you go about your day.
