Delivery & Assembly 

We are currently only deliver our bikes within the UK.

Our bikes are delivered by fitness equipment specialists.

The bike will be delivered to your room of choice in it's box. At the checkout, you can opt to either assemble the bike yourself or pay £150 for our install service.

Boxed bikes require self-assembly, they come with comprehensive instructions and all the tools necessary. We do recommend having a friend available as the bike is 45kg, so having an extra pair of hands can make the assembly process much easier! 

With our delivery & install option, one of our trained engineers will arrange a time that suits you to come and assemble the bike for you once it has been delivered. Please note that our engineers will not be able to move the bike into a different room so it is important that you ensure the bike is in the correct room upon delivery.

At present, we are able to offer our assembly service to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Guernsey. 

We can deliver non-assembled bikes to Isle of Man, other Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Offshore, Grampian and the Highlands. Our support team can provide you with an easy to follow, step-by-step assembly video.

 

Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of the delivery date. The product must be returned undamaged. All returns are subject to inspection upon return.


To arrange a refund, please contact our Support Team via hello@apexrides.com. One of our team will be able to arrange a suitable collection date for you.

 
There is a £89 collection fee for change of mind returns that will be deducted from your refund.


All returns are inspected before a refund is released, we aim to issue refunds within 48 hours of receipt into our warehouse.
