I love that the app has a mixture of standalone classes and series. I’ve recently completed the ‘march into strength’ series which introduced me to new instructors (they’re all very energetic and motivational!)

I really enjoy getting on the bike and having a multitude of workouts to choose from and different instructors. Whenever i have been off the bike for a while the sofa to 60 has been a great way back in!
